VACCINATIONS
Updated Rabies, DHLPP, and Bordetella (Kennel Cough) are the
necessary inoculations that are required for your pet to be boarded or
groomed at our facility. You must show proof of these inoculations
at check in time. Sorry. No exceptions.

Thank you for considering Affordable Grooming and
Boarding! Our facilities are located on 67 beautifully wooded
acres in the Town of Newburgh. We have been in business for more
than ten years, and realize that our continued success depends upon our
ability to provide you with the best service possible, at the most
affordable prices. Our live-in caretakers and
professional staff offer top quality pet care at reasonable rates.
We are well known for treating your pet with loving care. We pride
ourselves on the cleanliness and the friendly accommodations we offer at
our newly constructed state-of-the-art facility.
Accommodations
Our large indoor and outdoor runs offer your pet the convenience of
an indoor suite with access to a private outdoor yard! Cage free
boarding is also available. The indoor area is air conditioned and
heated for your pets comfort. A special ventilation system
circulates fresh air into the lodging area at all times, and piped-in
music adds to the relaxing atmosphere. Cats are comfortably
boarded in their own large private condos in a separate
"Cattery!" TV's and VCR's are provided in each kennel
area. "Don't forget the popcorn!"
Playtime
Our large play-yards make our kennel one-of-a-kind! Whether
your pet wants to exercise, play, fetch, or just relax, our park-like
grounds will make them feel at home. All pets are let into large
yards daily. If group play is what your pet is looking for, they
can try their paw at "Puppy Playtime" or "Canine
Kindergarten!" What a great opportunity for your pet to make
new friends! Only socialized dogs can participate in group
functions. Games and activities are offered on given nights.
Naturally, we offer "Whine and Dine" and "Yappy
Hour!"
Dining
We provide IAMS brand dry pet food, and EVANGERS canned food. Hot
gravies are folded into each evening meal. Some of our choices
include: Rack of Lamb, Chicken Teriyaki, and Veggie Marinara... Yum
Yum! Although dry food is recommended, some goodies can help your
pet to eat better while you are away. After all, your pet is on vacation
too! Please feel free to bring any special diet foods your
pet may need. Bedtime snacks and lunch treats are also provided. A
Continental breakfast is served on Sundays and features hot, farm fresh
scrambled eggs!.
Your pets health is our main concern. It is wise to have sickly
or older pets checked by your veterinarian prior to boarding them.
For some pets, being away from home can be stressful, and stress can
sometimes make dormant health conditions surface.
A Veterinarian is available 24 hours a day for emergencies.

MEDICATION
We will gladly administer any medication your pet needs.
We can administer Insulin if your pet is diabetic. Please be sure to clearly mark all prescriptions and write out
directions for administering them. Please advise us of any health
concerns so our professionals can keep an eye out for them. Pets
that require insulin shots welcome.
