A Mobile Home or Double Wide on your property???

We are often asked if we can set up a mobile home or double wide on an owner's piece of property. The answer is YES..... and NO.
Here's why... Many communities regulate the size of lot, size of structure, location on property, setbacks from the road or property lines, foundations and supports, and a myriad of other items. Generally speaking, most double wides are set up on foundations, and as such, become "Real Property" and are thereby permissible. With single wide mobile homes, it is much more challenging.	All municipalities are different, so please do not assume that what applies in one town will apply in the next.
