So, who was the last PMA graduate?  By virtue of the alphabet, Kevin Zwetchkenbaum officially took the honor, but there's more to the story. . . Shortly after graduation, Howard Hillelson was notified that he was one credit short, and consequently, his graduation from PMA could not be certified.   Colonel Chandler, who was at that time, packing his belongings and heading for Old Saybrook, CT, administered the appropriate tests, and was able to then, legitimately certify that Howie graduated. . . in July 1968 thereby technically making him the last PMA graduate.
